Fees & Payments

Individual counselling and coaching sessions are booked at a minimum of five (5) sessions. After the first five sessions, single sessions can be added as needed. Couples and family counselling is also available. Phone and Skype sessions are available as well

Free Consultation

Steve offers a free no obligation, 20 minute phone consultation. This consultation will give you an opportunity to determine whether there is a good fit. Simply contact Steve to book your consultation.

Payment

For a block of sessions, payment is due as follows:

  • Half is due at the end of the first session
  • Remainder is due at the end of the third session

For individual sessions:

  • Payment is due at the end of each session

Extended Health Care Plans Coverage of Fees

Fees may be covered by some extended health care plans. Please check to see whether your plan covers therapeutic services from a Registered Professional Counsellor. For extended health insurance plans you will be required to pay and then with the receipt you may be reimbursed by the insurance carrier. Please check with your employer to see what their coverage includes.

Rescheduling and Cancellation policies

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Steve as soon as possible. There is no charge if you change or cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you change your appointment within 24 hours the one hour session fee will be charged.
